SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is currently available in Australia only.

Our Fairies understand that you would love us to wave our magical wands and send your treasures immediately, but it generally takes 2 working days for processing and dispatch. In peak periods it may take up to 5 days
Please select express shipping if your order is urgent, but please understand paying for express shipping does not expedite order processing. It just secures your order (once processed) on a faster delivery service.
The Fairy Dell is not responsible for delayed, stolen or missed deliveries. This includes failure to collect orders within allocated time frames from designated collection points. There will be no refunds for delays unless the order is deemed lost in transit following a formal investigation.

Free Shipping on orders over $150
Bulky items may be sent by a courier rather than AusPost - we will talk to you about that. For larger than 10kg we will need to get a price.

In-store Pick up
If you don't want to wait for delivery, then you can always choose Pickup at checkout. We will send you an email as soon as your order is ready and then you can head to The Fairy Dell in The Smart St Mall Mandurah, be greeted by one of our beautiful Fairies who will supply you with your ready to go order. You will even get a chance to experience the magical enchantment that is, The Fairy Dell
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At The Fairy Dell, we take great pride in the quality of our products, if we personally would not buy it, then we don't expect you too either. If you do have an issue with your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact us on (08) 9535 3355 or email us on thefairydell@bigpond.com and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
Our Returns & Refunds Policy is as follows:

Our Returns/Exchange policy lasts 30 days from purchase date. Unfortunately, once this time has passed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If you receive an item, you believe to be faulty or damaged please send photos of item and packaging to 0409959449 or thefairydell@bigpond.com

Should you change your mind about an item, we do offer store credit or exchange within 30 days, but we do not give refunds. The product must be in original conditions with no signs of wear or use, to be valid for return.

Discounted or Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returns must be confirmed by our Fairies before sending them back to us.

Once our Fairies confirm your Returns/Exchange can be processed, we ask that you include a note in your return parcel stating your full name, order number, phone number and email address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for change of mind.

Returns can be sent to us at: The Fairy Dell Shop1/11B Smart St Mall, Mandurah, 6210, WA. Customers are liable for return postage costs of items, except when faulty.

Please note that if you entered the wrong shipping address, and we delivered to said wrong address, refunds cannot be issued.

If an order is deemed as lost in transit, following a formal investigation by the shipping carrier. We will either refund your order in full OR arrange for a replacement order to be sent.
