  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • What age are the Parties suitable for?
    Our Parties are designed for children 4 years and up. Please enquire should you wish to discuss a younger age group as we can always try to accommodate.
  • Can adults stay and watch the entertainment in the party room?
    The Enchanted Party Forest is designed as a magical, intimate party experience, where imaginations are heightened, therefore, for parents of the guests that would like to watch the party, we have a camera installed in the party room that can be viewed from the foyer for the entirety of the party, where you will see the glee as the children are mesmerized by our experienced fairies, all while you sit back and relax. All of Our Fairy Dell Fairies have current “Working with Children Checks” and Our Fairy Queens have successfully completed “First Aid” courses, as the safety of your children is paramount.
  • Can I have a joint party?
    Absolutely!! This is a great way to lower costs! Both children get to be the special birthday child and all it costs is an extra $15 to cover Mr Squirrels present for the additional birthday girl or boy
  • What should the children wear?
    We believe that is very important for the children to be as comfortable as possible when coming into the Enchanted Party Forest, both physical and emotionally. We find that the majority of children that attend our parties come dressed in some type of costume, whether it be Fairies, princess, pirates, Spiderman, mermaids or many of the other childhood favourites that children like, but this isn’t always the happiest option for all guests, so we welcome children to come however they want to. (This can also be the most interesting option)
  • How do I receive the party invitations to send to my guests?
    Once you have paid your $80 nonrefundable deposit, you will receive your invitation pack. Invitation packs are available for pickup from The Fairy Dell, we can post them to your address, or we can send you the PDF so you can print your own.
  • What do I need to supply?
    Absolutely nothing except children. Just sit back relax and let us do the rest
  • Can I bring my own food and give aways?
    We strictly do not allow any external food or give aways to be brought into the party room due to allergies and insurance reasons, except for those that have been approved prior to the party by management for allergy sufferers. Under no circumstances do we allow nuts, or seafood. External party favors including loot bags and Lolly bags may be given out as children leave the venue only.
  • What gifts do the children receive?
    The Birthday child receives an extra special present hidden in Mr Squirrel’s house, and all guests at the party receive a small gift, and there are also 2 games with major prizes from the treasure chest and chocolate prizes for all during other games.
  • What types of parties do we offer?
    *Fairy Party *Fairy Princess Party *Unicorn Party *Pirate Party Elsa or Anna appearance options available @ an extra $25 (subject to availability)
  • What will the children be doing for 1½ hrs?
    Our parties are jam packed with fun with lots of magical wish making, a Fairy name giving ceremony or unicorn/pirate depending on party type, a gift giving circle, Glitter/Gem Face adornments, pass the parcel/treasure hunt, themed games with prizes, a yummy Fairy picnic under the stars and story time, birthday cake celebration and singing, an Interactive fairy story, plus more
  • What happens if all guests don't turn up that I paid for?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer credits or refunds for guests that do not turn up to the party, as food and gifts etc have been allocated and prepared already. You will be given the presents, Lolly bags and cupcakes that are left over at the end of the party, and extra food will be shared amongst the children at the party.
  • How many guests are included in the party price?
    All of our Party packages include 10 children which includes the birthday child. You can add more children at an extra cost from $12.50 a child up to 18 children in total. If you have less than 10 guests, you still pay the standard cost for our package and Fairy Godmother will put extra value into the birthday child's present and/or the small guest gifts.
  • Is there a bathroom?
    Yes, there are bathroom facilities at the Enchanted Party Forest
  • Can I bring my own cake?
    Yes, you are very welcome to bring your own cake, but it is unnecessary as we provide birthday cupcakes for all guests. If you wish to bring a cake, you may bring it for display/photos, then take the cake home with you at the end of the party. We do not cut your cake on site. No exceptions. Due to the flammable nature of fairy dresses and for the safety of all, we do not allow candles to be lit on our site. Our Fairy entertainers make the unique birthday ceremony a very memorable magical moment.
  • Am I able to come and see the venue?
    Yes definately! Our Enchanted Party Forest isn't open unless we have parties on, so you will need to contact The Fairy Dell to arrange a time to view the Party Room
  • Can I take photos or film the party?
    As the Birthday parent you will be invited into the party room on numerous occasions to take photos and watch your child enjoying themselves. Please note that there are times when it is strictly fairies and children only in the Party Room, as the entertainers need the children's full focus and engagement for the fantasy factor. We don't allow videography in the Party Room.
  • How and when does my final payment need to be made?
    Your final payment is due by 5pm on the Wednesday prior to your party. Your final numbers, boy/girl ratio and any add ons you wish to order are required at the time of final payment also. Payments after the due date will incur a $25 late fee.
  • What do I do if a child has an allergy or health issue?
    We must be informed of any child that is attending that has an allergy or health issue. For children with allergies, it is important for us to know exactly what the allergy is and what steps need to be taken should an issue arise. In most allergy cases, we will speak with the parents and organize for them to bring suitable food that we can then plate up for that child so the parents can feel at ease.
  • Are the Fairy parties suitable for boy guests?
    Almost all of our parties we have done, have both boy and girl guests, and we have found that the boys enjoy the parties just as much as the girls, and between us, we’ve even had boys come out of the party and ask their parents if they can have one for their birthday. Our Fairies are very experienced at entertaining mixed groups with both boys and girls and really know how to get the best out of each child.
  • What food is provided?
    Party pies, Sausage rolls, Fairy Bread, Plain chips & Cheese rings, Lollies, Chocolate, Marshmallows & Cupcakes, with fruit cup cordial and water also provided.
  • Can I bring my own food for the adults in the foyer?
    Yes, but please note that it is a small area, so you may want to leave the giant charcuterie boards at home. Most people will have cheese and crackers if anything at all and remember under no circumstances can we allow nuts or seafood. We are NOT a licensed venue, so alcohol is not allowed.
  • What time should we arrive?
    You only need to arrive 10 minutes prior to the commencement of your party.
  • How many children can I invite?
    Our parties can cater for a maximum of 18 children, although from experience we find that 10 - 15 guests will allow the children to gain the most from the experience. Should you require a larger number of guests please don't hesitate to call us on 95353355 and we will endeavor to assist.
  • When are parties available?
    Friday @ 4pm Saturday @ 10am, 12 noon and 2pm Sunday @ 10am, 12 noon and 2pm Weekdays on school holidays by request
  • How do I book and pay for my party?
    Bookings and deposits can be made through the website or with “The Fairy Dell” either in person or over the phone. You can choose your time slot and pay your deposit on our website or if you contact the shop, you can place a tentative booking to hold your required time slot, and an $80 deposit is required within 7 days of placing the tentative. You can pay your final payment either in store or with credit card over the phone. Once a deposit is made, we will supply you with invitations and you will then be entitled to 20% off dresses and accessories and 10% off storewide. (excludes sale items) Deposits are nonrefundable.
